A Personalized Path to Health

Led by Compassion, Grounded in Science

At Wellness & Longevity, your care begins with listening—to your story, your symptoms, and what matters most to you. We believe the path to real healing starts with our clients being fully heard and understood.

Founded in 2007 by Dr. Paul Rothwell, our vision at Wellness & Longevity has always been to offer a new kind of wellness experience—one rooted in compassion and backed by science. You can always trust in our mission of providing the best of traditional medicine with the depth and personalization of functional and holistic care.

We’re here to guide and empower you, not just treat symptoms. That means taking the time to listen to your story, uncover root causes, and walk alongside you as a partner in your wellness journey.

Whether you’re managing a chronic illness, balancing hormones, managing stress, or just wanting to feel better in your
own body, we create personalized care plans that support your needs and lifestyle. True wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Amber Tilford is the kind of nurse who makes you feel right at home. With over 10 years of experience in healthcare—and a heart for helping others—she blends her clinical background with a passion for root-cause healing through Functional Medicine.

After years in emergency care, Amber found her true calling in personalized wellness. Now, as Director of IV Services and Supplements at Wellness & Longevity, she loves connecting with patients, learning their stories, and creating thoughtful care plans that support healing from the inside out.

As both a Registered Nurse and Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Amber brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to her work—focusing on real food, high-quality supplements, and lifestyle changes that actually make a difference.

Mary Hartgers brings a deep sense of empathy, clinical knowledge, and a passion for healing into every room she enters. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (from the Nutritional Therapy Association), Mary blends her background in conventional medicine with a love for transformative, lifestyle-centered care.

Mary’s nursing journey began in 2017, working bedside on an Intermediate Care Floor, where she gained a strong foundation caring for a diverse range of patients. She later served as a Hospice RN Case Manager, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments—a role that shaped her kind and compassionate approach to care.

When the opportunity came to join Wellness & Longevity, Mary knew she had found her place. She quickly connected with the mission of helping patients uncover and reverse chronic conditions through a blend of nutritional support, lifestyle changes, and integrative medicine. She firmly believes the body has an amazing ability to heal when we provide it with the right tools—and that nutrients and one’s environment can also be powerful medicine.

Outside the clinic, Mary loves creating new recipes, tending to her garden, staying active with her family, and curling up with a good book whenever she can carve out a quiet moment.
