HOLISTIC MEDICINE

The specialty of Anti-Aging Medicine encompasses
advanced preventative medicine
and is holistic in scope.

This means that it embraces cutting edge technology while perfecting proven natural remedies which have been with us for perhaps hundreds of years! Paul D. Rothwell, M.D. founded Wellness and Longevity, L.L.C. to offer the first truly comprehensive anti-aging and regenerative services in central Oklahoma! He is specialty trained in anti-aging medicine, including expert training in IV therapies which are a vital link to restoration of health and prevention of disease.

Real Anti-Aging Medicine is more than taking a few vitamins and supplements. Dr. Rothwell is trained to evaluate your body from the inside-out. First, detailed physical examination and comprehensive laboratory studies help identify specific areas of need. Thereafter, vitamins, supplements, and medication (if needed) are recommended. Hormone studies are evaluated to unmask areas of imbalance which can lead not only to aging, but several chronic diseases. If indicated, bioidentical hormones are prescribed to help reestablish balance and regain vitality. All of the above is coupled with extensive dietary counseling. All recommendations are based upon sound evidence-based science and common sense. We also offer pharmaceutical grade supplements which can only be obtained at a licensed physician’s office. We take the guess work out of choosing what will work best for you. Our patients find that eating healthy is actually easier and less complicated than most people think!

In addition, our comprehensive integrative approach offers IV therapies including Poly-MVA, Vitamin C, Myer’s Cocktail, Glutathione, and Oxidative Therapy to challenge cancer, minimize the symptoms of multiple disorders often refractory to conventional treatment, and rapidly restore potential nutritional imbalances. And, to the best of our knowledge, no other clinic in OKC offers all of the above services in addition to Aesthetics! Our Aesthetic services directed by Tonya Cameron, R.N. include Permanent Makeup, Botox, Fillers, and Dermabrasion (not spa dermabrasion but real medical dermabrasion). Our latest addition is the truly revolutionary Isolaz, which is highly effective with acne and skin rejuvenation. No other clinic in central Oklahoma offers this type of therapy. While most spas advertise all of their gadgets, we offer specific targeted therapies which are individualized and highly effective! In real Anti-Aging and Restorative Medicine there is no such thing as “one size fits all”.

We at Wellness and Longevity invite you to check us out. No one else can offer you all of the above services under one roof! Call today for a consultation. For comprehensive physical, laboratory, and aesthetic services call Dr. Rothwell at 405-787-8556. For IV services call 405-470-8200. Our mission statement speaks for itself: “We promote optimal natural inner health, maximizing outer aesthetic beauty, enhancing each individual’s physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.”

Tonya Cameron

RN CMP

Tonya has been a pivotal team member since we started W&L. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in nursing, certified by the State of Oklahoma in facial tattooing and has also been a certified Botox and facial filler injector for the past 11 years.

Tonya lives in Oklahoma city, is involved in animal rescue/rehab, a consummate cook and a health focused foodie. Her perfect day is to be out hiking with her dogs.

Meredith Mogan

PA-C

Meredith is a certified Physician Assistant who graduated in 2009 from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a degree in Health and Exercise Science with honors. She is originally from Fort Collins, CO, and grew up loving the outdoors, especially camping with family and trout fishing all summer long. Her passion for health, the outdoors, and good ‘ole organic food-eating comes from her upbringing in Colorado and continues to influence the way she practices.

In addition to practicing traditional medicine, she joined Dr. Rothwell’s practice at Wellness and Longevity in 2012, and continues to further her education in the areas of integrative and functional medicine. She primarily focuses on gut dysbiosis, neurological and auto-immune issues, and food sensitivities. The cutting edge, scientific breakthroughs found unparalleled in the field of integrative medicine continue to excite her and spur her to treat patients as a whole; addressing the root cause of disease rather than treating individual symptoms. Most auto-immune and neurological issues today have a direct connection with the gut, and in treating the gut, the issues can be resolved. This is known as the gut-brain connection, and is something that she is proud to be promoting.

When not working, Meredith can be found chasing and feeding her two boys, Micah and Garrett, aged 3 and 4, and doesn’t remember what she used to do prior to this. Painting, decorating and antique shopping come to mind, but are a hazy thought. She is expecting a baby girl in March 2017.
